Mometasone Furoate and Azelastine Hydrochloride Nasal Spray is a prescription combination therapy designed for the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Mometasone, a corticosteroid, reduces inflammation, while Azelastine, an antihistamine, blocks histamine receptors and prevents allergic reactions. Indications

Indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe seasonal allergic rhinitis (SAR)
Suitable for perennial allergic rhinitis (PAR)

Used in cases where monotherapy with antihistamines or corticosteroids is insufficient

Dosage

Adults and Adolescents (12 years and older): 1 spray per nostril twice daily
Children (6 to 11 years): 1 spray per nostril twice daily, under medical supervision
