Fluorometholone and Neomycin Sulphate Ophthalmic Suspension is a combination eye drop formulation used for the treatment of inflammatory eye conditions where a risk of bacterial infection exists. Fluorometholone is a corticosteroid that suppresses inflammation, while Neomycin is a broad-spectrum antibiotic effective against a range of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. This suspension is commonly indicated for postoperative inflammation, allergic conjunctivitis, blepharitis, and other steroid-responsive inflammatory conditions where bacterial infection is a concern.

Indications

Treatment of steroid-responsive inflammatory ocular conditions with suspected or confirmed bacterial infection
Post-surgical ocular inflammation and infection prevention

Dosage

Adults & Children: Instill 1–2 drops into the affected eye(s) every 4–6 hours, or as directed by a healthcare professional
In severe cases, dosage may be increased temporarily under medical supervision
