The combination of Dexamethasone, a potent corticosteroid, and Chloramphenicol, a broad-spectrum antibiotic, provides effective relief from symptoms of infection and inflammation, including redness, swelling, pain, and discharge. It is typically prescribed for conditions like conjunctivitis, otitis media, and other inflammatory and bacterial infections affecting the eyes and ears.

Indications

Ocular Infections: Indicated for the treatment of bacterial infections of the eye, such as conjunctivitis, blepharitis, or keratitis, where inflammation and bacterial infection are present.
Otic Infections: Used for the treatment of bacterial infections of the ear, such as otitis media and otitis externa, with associated inflammation.
Inflammatory Conditions: Helps alleviate inflammation and discomfort caused by various bacterial infections in the eyes and ears.

Dosage

Adults:
- Eye: Instill 1-2 drops in the affected eye(s) 2 to 4 times daily or as prescribed by your healthcare provider.
- Ear: Apply 2-3 drops into the affected ear 2 to 4 times daily or as prescribed by your healthcare provider.
Children: The use of Dexamethasone & Chloramphenicol Eye/Ear Drops in children should be determined by a healthcare provider
