This combination medication is ideal for conditions such as bacterial conjunctivitis, otitis externa, and post-operative inflammation. Indications

Ophthalmic (Eye) Use:

Bacterial conjunctivitis
Corneal ulcers
Post-operative eye inflammation
Blepharitis and keratitis with suspected or confirmed bacterial cause

Otic (Ear) Use:

Otitis externa (swimmer’s ear)
Otitis media with tympanostomy tubes
Post-surgical ear inflammation

Dosage

Adults & Children (as prescribed):
- Eye: Instill 1–2 drops into the affected eye(s) 3–4 times daily or as directed by the physician.
- Ear: Instill 3–4 drops into the affected ear(s) 2–3 times daily or as prescribed.
